SUMMIT
INFORMATION

The Summit is designed for implementation teams of 4 to 6 members per district (up to 8 members for districts with more than one participating school).

It is essential that your district identify a team and a “Team Leader” to attend the Summit. We ask that your team, including the Team Leader, be comprised of those who will be actively involved in the implementation of your grant programs. Your Team Leader will become the main point of contact for NYSED and for the SSSTAC going forward. The registration for the entire team should be completed by the Team Leader.

Your team must also include members of school leadership/administration. It is critical for school leadership/administration to be involved in the learning and the implementation of this work. We know from research that this is one of the most important factors in the success of program implementation. If you have questions about who should comprise your team, please reach out the SSSTAC for additional guidance.

More information will be provided in the coming weeks.
