Tools for Supporting Emotional Wellbeing in Children and Youth
While fewer children and youth have been sick with COVID-19 compared to adults, the COVID-19 pandemic has still had a major impact on their lives. Children and youth are dealing with new challenges due to COVID-19, making them especially vulnerable to feeling stressed, anxious, or depressed.
CDC developed this COVID-19 Parental Resource Kit: Ensuring Children and Young People’s Social, Emotional, and Mental Well-being to help support parents, caregivers, and other adults serving children and young people in recognizing children and young people’s social, emotional, and mental health challenges and helping to ensure their well-being.
