This workshop will provide an overview of a framework for planning, implementing, and sustaining trauma-informed change in schools and school districts. It will also explore the work two different schools districts have done to implement trauma-informed practices and change their school and district culture, including their successes and challenges unique to operationalizing trauma-informed approaches.
